I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Board Approved Supervisor, and I created From Mess to Meaning to offer a space where people can show up as they are—without pressure to have it all figured out.`
I earned my Master of Social Work from the University of Southern California in 2017 and have over nine years of experience supporting individuals through life’s most challenging moments.
My clinical work is rooted in helping clients navigate trauma, anxiety, and depression with compassion and evidence-based care. I have specialized experience working with individuals recovering from serious car accidents and personal injury, and I understand the complex emotional impact that can follow these life-altering events.
In addition to my clinical practice, I serve as a Master of Social Work (MSW) professor, where I’m passionate about training and mentoring the next generation of social workers. This role allows me to stay deeply connected to current research and best practices, which I bring into my work with clients every day.
Whether you’re exploring therapy for anxiety, trauma, stress, or EMDR support—or seeking clinical supervision in Texas—you don’t have to navigate it alone.
Reaching out can feel like a big step. You don’t have to have everything figured out—just a place to start.
