I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Board Approved Supervisor, and I created From Mess to Meaning to offer a space where people can show up as they are—without pressure to have it all figured out.
I earned my Master of Social Work from the University of Southern California in 2017 and have over nine years of experience supporting individuals through life’s most challenging moments.
My clinical work is rooted in helping clients navigate trauma, anxiety, and depression with compassion and evidence-based care. I have specialized experience working with individuals recovering from serious car accidents and personal injury, and I understand the complex emotional impact that can follow these life-altering events.
In addition to my clinical practice, I serve as a Master of Social Work (MSW) professor, where I’m passionate about training and mentoring the next generation of social workers. This role allows me to stay deeply connected to current research and best practices, which I bring into my work with clients every day.
My style is direct, supportive, and focused on real growth—not just conversation for the sake of it.
You’ll feel heard and understood, while also being gently challenged to move beyond patterns that may be keeping you stuck.
Our conversations are real and grounded in clarity, always rooted in respect and curiosity—not criticism.
You’ll walk away with tools and strategies you can actually use in your daily life—not just insight.
I work with individuals who may be feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure how to move forward.
I also work with clinicians who want supervision that helps them grow—not just meet requirements.
Whether you’re navigating personal challenges or developing professionally, this is a space focused on clarity, growth, and meaningful change.
I value real conversations, usable tools, and growth that feels sustainable.
This isn’t about quick fixes or having the “right” answers. It’s about building awareness, learning new ways of responding, and creating change that actually lasts.
I don’t expect you to have everything figured out before starting this work.
Most people don’t.
What matters is a willingness to show up, be honest about what’s going on, and take steps—however small—toward something different.
That’s where meaningful change begins.
If you’re looking for a space that is both supportive and growth-focused, this may be a good fit.
